Q: Are you able to use gold and loose stones that we have to make a piece?

A: Each situation varies a little but generally yes – we will always try to use up any gold or loose stones you have.

 

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: For Loose Stones only – we have a 14 day return policy on any loose diamond or gem stone not seen prior to purchase. The diamond must be returned with any certificates or paperwork in original condition. Hope Diamonds does not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind on stones that have been viewed in person. Please do not send items back until you have let us know at info@hopediamonds.com.au so we can let you know return requirements.

Bespoke Jewellery – As each piece is made to order especially for you, all sales are final. Hope Diamonds does not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind. It is important to confirm that all of your order details are correct prior to placing your order. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any further information regarding this.

 

Q: How long does it take for a bespoke item to be made?

A: Our usual turnaround time is 3 – 4 weeks but this can be extended at certain times of the year. We can give you an estimate at the time of order.

 

Q: Do you ship interstate and overseas?

A: Yes we do! We use a couple of different options depending on value and destination. Please contact us for more information.

 

Q: How do I keep my jewellery clean?

A: The best method is warm soapy water (dishwashing detergent) and a soft toothbrush.
