For Loose Stones and ready made jewellery only – we have a 14 day return policy on any item not seen prior to purchase. The loose stone or piece of jewellery  must be returned with any certificates or paperwork in original condition. Hope Diamonds does not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind on stones or rings that have been viewed in person. Please do not send items back until you have let us know at info@hopediamonds.com.au so we can let you know return requirements.

Bespoke Jewellery – As each piece is made to order especially for you, all sales are final unless the item is faulty or damaged (please see our Warranty page for more information). Hope Diamonds does not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind. It is important to confirm that all of your order details are correct prior to placing your order. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any further information regarding this. 

Deposits

We take a non-refundable 20% deposit on all bespoke items prior to starting the piece. Prior to the deposit we will give you a full description of the item and in most cases a computer generated or hand drawn image of the design for peace of mind
