Shipping Policy

For items in stock, we aim to dispatch same or next business day. Any item showing as backorder will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. Shipping time is additional. 

Within Australia 

All orders over $200 are shipped free of charge. For orders under this amount, a flat rate of $18.00 will apply.

We use Australia Post Platinum Express with Signature on Delivery for all our post within Australia. These items require you to be in attendance to receive the delivery, or they will be returned to your local post office for collection. In most cases the Express Parcels take 1-3 business days depending on your location. Please be aware rural areas can take longer than normal. You can track your item on the Australia post website https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

International Shipping

We choose to use Fedex for any international delivery. There is a flat fee of $200 for all packages and the items can be tracked via the  website https://www.fedex.com/en-au/tracking.html Timings vary depending on destination, but average international deliveries are 5 – 8 business days. Please note that the shipping costs do not include any duties payable on entry. While we can ship internationally excluding GST many countries will have import duties upon arrival. Please refer to the individual country in question for further information.

All our items are covered by insurance until signed for and all items will be provided with a tracking number for you to follow. Please note, if you the item you are sending is for a surprise it may be an idea to send to a work address as it will have our details as the sender on the package.
