We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day inspection period for all loose gemstones.
How it works:
- Your 14-day inspection period begins the day you sign for and receive your order
from the shipping carrier.
- If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return your gemstone for a full refund.
- While the gemstone is in your possession, you are fully responsible for its value and care.
Important notes:
- Loose gemstones will not be accepted for return if they have been set, scratched, chipped, fractured, weighed differently, or altered in any way.
- We strongly recommend not setting your gemstone with a jeweller until you are
certain you intend to keep it.
