Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Free Express Shipping on all Australian orders — no minimum spend.
  
• Sent via Australia Post Express.
  
• A signature is required on delivery to ensure your parcel arrives securely. If you’re not home, Australia Post will leave a card so you can arrange redelivery or collection.
  
• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once
  shipped, you’ll receive tracking details to follow your parcel’s journey.
  

International Shipping

• Flat rate AUD $50 per order.
  
• Sent via Australia Post International Express or a trusted courier.
  
• Import tariffs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please
  check with your local customs office before ordering, as Hope Diamonds and
  Gemstones cannot be held responsible for these charges.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing.
